Doha, January 16 (QNA) - Qatar Chamber's second conference on small- and medium-sized enterprises kicks off Tuesday in cooperation with the Turkish Union Of Chambers And Commodity Exchanges (TOBB).
The conference takes place with the participation of 150 Turkish business owners led by TOBB President Rifat Hisarciklioglu.
It aims to provide mechanisms for entrepreneurs by enhancing their communication with concerned organizations and entities as well as promote entrepreneurship and boost services required for supporting such ventures in light of the Qatari and Turkish experiences.
The conference is sponsored by QNB, Qatar Development Bank, Doha Bank, Nasser Bin Khaled Group and Expo Turkey. It is set to discuss a number of aspects, including e-commerce as a tool of enhancing integration in SMEs, financing and investment in SMEs, promoting entrepreneurship, innovation and technology in SMEs, and boosting the role of Qatari-Turkish ties in agricultural SMEs.
