Ankara, August 24 (QNA) - HE Qatar's Minister of Municipality and Environment Mohamed bin Abdullah Al Rumaihi said Wednesday that Doha and Ankara signed a twin cities agreement in order to exchange expertise between them.
HE the Minister spoke to the press after signing the agreement in the Turkish capital. His Excellency said that Doha has turned into an advanced smart city with the latest technological enhancements, HE the Minister and the accompanying delegation then toured Ankara and visited Haci Byram and Ankapark theme.
