Doha, December 20 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent Tuesday a cable of condolences to President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the assassination of the Russian Ambassador to Turkey Andrey Karlov, who was murdered on Monday.

HH the Emir also expressed strong condemnation and denunciation of the criminal attack on the Ambassador, stressing the State of Qatar's firm position that rejects violence and terrorism in all their forms, whatever their motives and causes. (QNA)
